If you are eligible for a return, you will be issued an RA # (return authorisation number).
We will happily provide a web credit or exchange on full-priced clothing returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note there is a $9.95 handling fee that is deducted from store credits.

OTHER PROCESSES AND CONDITIONS
All return requests are to be made via the Return manager, linked here.All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
You must lodge/present your item to the post office to start its return within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns attempted outside of the returns period, (as per tracking details) will be denied and returned to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.
Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up.Items must have all tags, including any original hangtags attached.
Items such as earrings, bodysuit and under-garments/intimates cannot be returned.
Do not include any return postage bags inside your returned parcel. These will not be used by our returns team and the cost of the postage bags will not be refunded by Bariano.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returned items must; be in original condition, unworn, have tags attached, include a Returns Authority number, include a copy of (or) the original invoice.
We urge all customers to please place your garments in their plastic bag or paper wrapping before shipping back to ensure they arrive in acceptable condition.
Any parcels received without an RA# will be immediately returned to sender.
AFTERPAY AND SEZZLE
Cannot cancel payments on Afterpay or Sezzle, when returning an order, even if you have not paid you first instalment, as the total you order is now owed to this loan company, not Bariano.
We do not take cancellations on pre-orders. Pre-order dates are subject to change and may be updated at any time. If you’d like to return your pre-order item, the same terms and conditions apply as seen in the table above.

All orders delivered during this period will also be marked Authority to Leave by Australia Post in an attempt to keep their staff safe, as well yourselves.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the next business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.

Bariano will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.
Bariano is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, postal or pandemic delays or customs clearance processing time.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Our website has live access to our stock database. However, because the database covers many stores the stock level may not be 100% accurate.
Should your order stock availability changes or does not pass our pre-shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
Deliveries within Australia and New Zealand:

Standard postage and handling fee is $25.
Estimate delivery time is 7-10 working days.
Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via Auspost International.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order so we can investigate.
What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel
All parcel are currently marked ALT (authority to leave) which means that if no one if available to receive the order, it will be left in a safe spot (if there is one available). Please note that if you are unable to find your parcel you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can follow this up with the delivery driver for you as most delivery companies do not keep this info after 48 hours.
Bariano international orders take approximately 10-15 business days depending on location. We ship to most international destinations but please note we do not ship to international PO Boxes.
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All of our international orders can be tracked using http://auspost.com.au/track/ enter your tracking number from your order dispatched email.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent an ‘order shipped’ email to confirm that it's on its way and a tracking number will be provided. From there it should be delivered within 10-15 business days.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Orders placed after 10 am will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
