This applies in cases such as sizing or fit issues, quality concerns, changes of mind, or event cancellations. All online credits are exclusive to online orders only and cannot be used in store. All online credits expire 1 calendar year from date of issue.
Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer unless the garment is deemed faulty before return. To inquire about faulty eligibility, please email a photo to online@bariano.com.au and not our returns portal.
