RETURNS POLICY

We want you to adore your Bariano purchase. Here’s a simple guide to our returns, designed to make the process effortless for you.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Enter you account email address and order number into the Returns Manager here.

2. Please follow the prompts from here

3. Once you have submitted the return request, you will receive a digital return label to download and an instruction on how to return the package. If you do not have a printer, please save the label to your phone/tablet and present it to the post office so they can print the label for you.

4. Once received by our returns team, your return will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email once completed.

PLEASE NOTE: We will refuse any items that have been manually returned without approval from Return manager or a valid reason to do so.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

No makeup, fake tan, perfume, or marks may be present.

All tags and security ribbons must still be attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Discount codes, VIP offers, and flash promotions do not classify a full-price item as “sale” — these items remain eligible for a refund.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and shapewear cannot be returned, even if purchased at full price, unless required by Australian Consumer Law due to a proven fault.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at online@bariano.com.au within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

A repair

A replacement

Or a refund (if repair or replacement isn’t possible)

This process is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

Bariano will exchange or credit full priced items within 14 days of purchase. Provided the garment is original condition, unsoiled, unworn, all tags attached, with proof of specific purchase. Bariano does not offer changed of mind refunds.

Our products come with Consumer Guarantees that automatically apply under the Australian or New Zealand consumer Law.


In the event of an unexpected fault Bariano will provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer.


Final sale and outlet items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

Please note: our warehouse is not open to the public — all returns must be mailed.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

All Bariano goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

COLOUR VARIATION

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences. Returns are not accepted for minor colour variations.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Return eligibility follows the standard returns rules once the item has been received.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t guarantee address
changes after an order is placed.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees

OTHER INFORMATION

IF I USE A DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL RETURN A FULL-PRICED ITEM?

If you used a VIP code, coupon, or flash promotion, and the item was still considered full price (not marked down on the product page), it remains eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions.

In other words, a promo code does not change a full-price item into a “sale” item.

HOW DO i RETURN AN ITEM?

Online purchases must be lodged through our Returns Portal.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a return authorisation along with instructions for sending your item back.

Please ensure you:

Lodge your return within 14 days of delivery

Post the item back within the return window

In-store purchases must be returned to the same store where they were purchased.

MY RETURN PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, please check your junk or spam folder, as return emails can occasionally end up there.

If you still cannot locate it, please email us at online@bariano.com.au with:

We’ll resend the return details and help you get it sorted promptly.

YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow:

Up to 3 business days for our team to inspect and process your return, then issue your refund or store credit

Up to 5 business days for exchanges to be processed and dispatched (from the time your return is received and approved)

During sale periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to finalise returns as quickly as possible.

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE/SAMPLE ITEM?

Items that are 50% off or more, sample items, and mystery deals are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and shapewear are also not returnable.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if an item is faulty.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

If you return an order, Afterpay repayments cannot be cancelled by us. However, once your return is approved, we will issue your refund or store credit.

We don’t have live access to our stockists’ in-store inventory.

Yes, we can customise many styles, including sizes, colours, and small design changes.

WHAT ARE THE TIMELINE AND COST FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

Custom orders typically take 10–12 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Costs depend on the changes requested and generally start from an additional $150 on top of the original RRP.

As custom orders are made specifically for you, cancellations are not available once confirmed.
