All orders are sourced and dispatched from our Emporium and Warehouse in Melbourne.

Any orders received after 10am AEST will be processed on the next business day. Please allow for this when considering the quoted delivery timeframe.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please submit a request via our returns portal within 30 days of placing your order so we can investigate.

If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can follow up with the courier.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Please note that shipping carriers may not release the parcel for delivery until these fees have been collected.

Bariano does not cover any costs, delays, or actions resulting from customs procedures, as these are outside our control. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for details on possible import charges.
