SHIPPING/ DELIVERY
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the next business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
All parcels are Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified
All orders are sourced and dispatched from our 2 stores and 1 warehouse in Melbourne
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
During sale periods and throughout the holiday season, your purchase may take longer to arrive. Please allow adequate time for delivery.
* Bariano will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.
* Bariano is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, postal or pandemic delays or customs clearance processing time.
CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Our website has live access to our stock database. However, because the database covers many stores the stock level may not be 100% accurate.
Should your order stock availability changes or does not pass our pre-shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent an ‘order shipped’ email to confirm that it's on its way and a tracking number will be provided. From there it should be delivered within 10-15 business days.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Orders placed after 10 am will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact our online team at online@bariano.com.au
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
Please contact our online team at online@bariano.com.au and you will receive a response within 2 business days.
Please note if you contact us by email on the weekend you will not receive a response until Monday.
COST & DELIVERY TIME
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Australia:
- Standard shipping: $10 (free on order over $300.00).
- Express shipping: $15.00 for all orders.
- Est 5-10 business days for standard parcels
- Orders are sent via Auspost and Couriers Please depending on your location
New Zealand:
- Standard postage and handling fee is $10 (free on orders over $150.00).
- Est 7-10 working days for standard parcels
- Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.
* Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via Auspost International.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Bariano international orders take approximately 10-15 business days depending on location. We ship to most international destinations but please note we do not ship to international PO Boxes.
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

All international parcels are standard shipping
USA:
- $25 AUD on orders under $200 AUD
- Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD
- Est 10-15 business days for standard parcels
Japan, China, Hong Kong, Canada and rest of the world:
- Flat rate $50 AUD on orders under $200 AUD
- Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD
- Est 10-15 business days for standard parcels
* Unfortunately we currently do not ship to Ireland
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All of our international orders can be tracked using http://auspost.com.au/track/ enter your tracking number from your order dispatched email.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at online@bariano.com.au within 30 days of placing your order so we can investigate. Bariano will not be held liable for lost/damaged parcels.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN THE PARCEL?
All parcel are currently marked ALT (authority to leave) which means that if no one if available to receive the order, it will be left in a safe spot (if there is one available). Please note that if you are unable to find your parcel you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can follow this up with the delivery driver for you as most delivery companies do not keep this info after 48 hours.
