All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to report the damage. You should also notify Bariano within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the parcel, packaging and damaged item.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting Bariano.

If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to lodge an enquiry. If you still require assistance, notify Bariano within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can assist where possible.

Any claims for lost or damaged parcels are subject to the carrier's investigation process and outcome.

Bariano will provide reasonable assistance with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim or investigation.

Bariano is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, including deliveries made under Authority to Leave (ATL).

Standard Shipping: $15 (Free over $150 AUD).
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (for metropolitan areas).

Express Shipping: $18 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for eligible postcodes.

Regional & Remote Areas (including parts of WA, NT and Far North QLD):
Please allow an additional 2–7 business days for delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer depending on the carrier's network.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

While we make every effort to fulfil all orders, stock availability is subject to confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or does not pass our quality control inspection, we'll contact you to discuss the most appropriate resolution, which may include a made-to-order replacement, an alternative product, or another suitable solution.

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless you request Signature on Delivery before dispatch.

Please ensure your delivery address is secure. Once a parcel has been delivered in accordance with the selected delivery service, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, public holidays, industrial action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or requires redelivery.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address or guarantee changes to delivery instructions.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard international shipping and will be delivered by your local postal service once they arrive in the destination country.

All international parcels require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the local postal service or delivery carrier may leave a collection notice, redirect the parcel to a designated collection point, or arrange re-delivery in accordance with their delivery procedures. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the carrier's specified timeframe. Bariano is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or returned parcels resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts or the customer's failure to collect the parcel.

We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched and exclude order processing and dispatch times.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States may have import duties, tariffs or taxes calculated and collected before your order is dispatched, in line with current US import requirements.

All Other International Destinations

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply before we can resend your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities.

If an international parcel is not collected from the designated post office or collection point within the carrier's specified collection period, it will be returned to Bariano.

Please note that, according to Australia Post, the return transit time for unclaimed international parcels can take up to five (5) months, depending on the destination country and the local postal service.

Bariano is unable to expedite or influence the return process. Any refund or reshipment will only be processed once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return postage, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
