Any order received after 12 noon will be processed the next day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
All parcels are Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. Our website has live access to our stock data base. However, because the data base covers many stores the stock level may not be 100% accurate. Should your order stock availability changes or does not pass our pre shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
All Australian purchases over $60 will receive free delivery * This offer does not apply to New Zealand customers.
Deliveries within Australia and New Zealand
Standard postage and handling fee is $15.
Estimate Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
We ship via TOLL Priority and Auspost.
Standard postage and handling fee is $40.
Estimate delivery time is 7-10 working days.
eParcel will deliver to your nominated work address between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via eParcel.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Please refer to our website for return policy if you wish to make a return.
eParcel requires a signature upon delivery hence the importance of supplying a work address to ensure there is someone available to accept and sign for the package. Alternatively it will be left your local post office, so please use your work address to ensure that you do not miss your parcel.
What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel
Someone from your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf however if there is nobody is here for a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot.
Bariano international orders take approximately 10-15 business days depending on location. We ship to most international destinations but please note we do not ship to international PO Boxes.
Exact shipping rates for your international destination will be automatically calculated on checkout. Rates are based on zones; Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All of our international orders can be tracked using http://auspost.com.au/track/ enter your tracking number from your order dispatched email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All international orders shipped will take approximately 10-15 business days depending on state/territory/location. Some international orders sent to remote locations may take an extra 2 days.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery please ensure you provide a business address whereby someone will be available to sign for the package. Please be advised that we do not ship to residential address’s as our postal service will not deliver it.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped from our Warehouse, you will be sent an ‘order shipped’ email to confirm that it's on its way and a tracking number will be provided. From there it should be delivered within 10-15 business days.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Orders placed after 10 am will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
