Please note that click and collect orders still adhere to our normal online returns policy and a returns request must be submitted through the website before returning items or they will not be accepted.

Q: How much does Click & Collect cost?
A: Click & Collect incurs no delivery fees.

Q: What products are available for Click & Collect?
A: All floor stock products are available for click and collect, minus gift cards which are submitted electronically

Q: Which stores offer Click & Collect?
A: Available at Melbourne Central, Doncaster, Highpoint + Chadstone 

Q: How do I know when my order is ready to collect?
A: You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection in store. Please note that waiting time after placing order can take up to 6 business days. Please wait for collection email before heading into your pick up store.

Q: What do I bring with me when I collect my order from store?
A: To collect your order, you will need to show photo ID (such as a drivers licence) and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Q: Can somebody else collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
A: As long as the pick up name is supplied on the order details

Q: Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
A: Bariano's standard returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. We cannot amend order details after placing, but you can cancel your order within 30 mins of placing.

Q: How long are orders kept for collection?
A: All orders are kept in store for 14 days, upon which point they will be returned to the floor for sale and you will be supplied with a store credit instead. You will be notified 3 days before the collection period runs out.

Q: What happens if I can't collect within 14 days?
A: If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days please contact us immediately. All uncollected orders will be cancelled, returned to the floor for sale and you will be supplied with a store credit instead

Q: Can I return my Click & Collect item/s after collection?
A: Yes, all Click & Collect orders are treated as normal purchases, and adhere to the same returns policy.
