Our policy grants online credit if you return the item within 21 days of Order Fulfilment. This applies in cases such as sizing or fit issues, quality concerns, changes of mind, or event cancellations. All online credits are exclusive to online orders only and cannot be used in store. All online credits expire 1 calendar year from date of issue.

Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer unless the garment is deemed faulty before return. To inquire about faulty eligibility, please email a photo to online@bariano.com.au and not our returns portal.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the next business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.

New Zealand: 

• Standard postage and handling fee is $25 (free on orders over $200.00).
• Est 7-10 working days for standard parcels
• Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.

• Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD
